The Offer is published on the Brondem website and governed by the laws of Ukraine, including the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine on contracts, offers, acceptance, and adhesion contracts, as well as the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” regarding electronic contracts.
If the Customer does not agree with this Offer, the Customer must refrain from registration, payment, and use of paid Brondem features.
Parties
| Party / role | Description |
|---|---|
| Contractor | Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Bahrii Yaroslav Serhiiovych, RNOKPP 3909904696, is the owner and operator of Brondem and provides access to the platform under this Offer. |
| Customer | A legal entity, sole proprietor, or individual who registers with Brondem, pays for access, or uses the service for HR tasks. |
| HR user | A Customer representative who works in the HR dashboard, creates interviews and questions, and reviews candidate results. |
| Candidate | An individual who takes an interview through the Brondem Telegram bot or Mini App. A candidate who only takes an interview is not a party to this Offer. |
Subject of the Offer
The Contractor provides the Customer with access to the Brondem SaaS platform for automating initial candidate screening, and the Customer accepts and pays for access according to the selected plan.
Interviews and questions
The Customer creates interviews, adds questions and expected answers, and receives an interview link.
Telegram bot and Mini App
The candidate completes the initial stage through the Telegram bot or Mini App, submits answers, and, where the process requires it, additional data or files.
AI reports
Brondem generates assistive reports: an overall score, brief AI overview, strengths, weaknesses, recommendation, and risk signals.
HR dashboard
The Customer reviews candidates, reports, and statuses, exports data, and manages team access within the plan.
Acceptance of the Offer
The Offer is accepted by ordering or paying for a plan, an additional limit, or another paid feature, and by beginning to use it after payment.
Plans and limits
Brondem offers free and paid plans. The current plan name, price, currency, period, and limits are published on the pricing page or in the dashboard and confirmed before payment.
All prices are stated in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH). The Contractor is not a VAT payer. The stated price is the final amount payable unless expressly stated otherwise before payment.
A free level with basic limits.
A paid level; current terms are shown before payment.
A paid level; current terms are shown before payment.
A paid level; current terms are shown before payment.
Limits may cover active interviews, AI reports, questions, files, file size and storage volume, team members, Mini App, sources, comparisons, and available export formats. Additional volumes apply only to the features for which they were purchased.
As a general rule, a completed AI assessment of one interview counts as 1 used AI report. If an interview contains a substantial volume of data, many answers, or requires multiple AI-processing stages, it may count as 2 or more used AI reports according to the actual AI-processing volume and the accounting rules for the relevant plan. The current available AI report balance is shown in the plan, dashboard, or another service interface.
Paid features remain available during the paid period. After it ends, or without confirmed payment, paid features may be restricted. This does not in itself mean immediate deletion of data.
Payment
- Payment is processed through a payment provider using a method available on the payment page.
- Before payment, the Customer is shown the plan or additional limit, amount, currency, and period.
- Automatic renewal applies only when expressly shown during checkout or in the dashboard.
- Paid features are activated after the payment provider confirms successful payment. Activation may be delayed while payment awaits confirmation.
- Brondem stores the status, amount, currency, product, period, and payment identifier for accounting and support.
- Full bank card details and CVV/CVC are processed by the payment provider; Brondem does not store them.
Refunds
This section is Brondem’s sole source of refund rules. Refunds are handled under this Public Offer and mandatory law, which takes priority. The actually used part of the service is considered when determining refund eligibility and amount.
7.1. Request and review period
A Refund request may be submitted within 14 calendar days of the relevant payment, unless mandatory law or separate terms of a specific service communicated before payment provide otherwise.
Brondem reviews a Refund request within 5 business days after receiving all information necessary to identify the payment and review the request. If mandatory law sets another period, that period applies.
7.2. Grounds for a full or partial Refund
- For a confirmed erroneous or duplicate charge, Brondem issues a full Refund of the corresponding amount charged in error.
- If Brondem does not provide paid access, a limit, or functionality for a technical or other reason on Brondem’s side, a full Refund is issued; if part of the service has already been provided, a corresponding partial Refund is issued.
- If the Customer has not actually used the paid resources after payment, the request may be granted in full.
- If part of the paid service has been used, a partial Refund may be issued taking into account the actually used part. Brondem considers only available usage data for used AI reports, conducted or processed interviews, used additional limits, and other paid resources actually provided under the paid plan.
- If the paid digital service or the relevant purchased volume has already been fully provided or used, a Refund for the part already provided is generally not issued, except where mandatory law requires it or the service was provided improperly.
Registration, signing in, or viewing an empty dashboard alone is not actual use of the service. Disputed and unauthorized payments are handled separately under this Public Offer and applicable law.
7.3. Automatic renewal, where available
If automatic renewal is expressly shown for a particular service during checkout or in the dashboard, cancelling it stops future charges or renewals but does not itself mean an automatic Refund for an already paid period. A Refund for an already completed payment is reviewed separately under this section.
7.4. Issuing a Refund
An approved full or partial Refund is issued through the payment channel or provider used for the relevant payment where technically applicable. Funds are returned to the payment instrument used for payment. After a Refund is initiated, the actual settlement time depends, among other things, on the payment provider and the payer’s bank and is not directly controlled by Brondem.
Rights and obligations of the Contractor
- Provide features within the paid plan after payment confirmation.
- Display subscription status, period, and available limits.
- Record feature usage as necessary to apply plan restrictions and review payments.
- Update future prices, plans, and limits by publishing current terms before the next payment.
- Temporarily restrict access in case of non-payment, expiration, a disputed payment, abuse, or a lawful request.
Rights and obligations of the Customer
- Check the plan, amount, currency, period, and limits before payment.
- Pay for ordered plans and additional limits on time and not circumvent them.
- Use paid features only for lawful HR tasks in accordance with the Terms of Use.
- Protect the account and team access and report an erroneous or unauthorized payment.
- Provide accurate information needed to verify a payment, refund, or dispute.
AI results
The availability of AI features and number of AI reports are determined by the plan or a purchased additional limit. A generated AI report and an AI assessment actually performed count as use of the corresponding limit under the accounting rules in effect for the plan.
The time needed to generate an AI result is not the same for every interview. It may depend on the number of questions and answers, text volume, number of processing stages, task queue, current load, and availability of external AI and cloud services. An extended interview may take longer than a regular one, and a very extended interview may require multiple AI-processing stages and additional time. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular feature, Brondem does not guarantee a fixed time for generating an AI report.
As a general rule, a completed AI assessment of one interview counts as 1 used AI report. A very extended interview with a large volume of data subject to AI assessment may count as 2 or more used AI reports. The number of used AI reports is determined by the actual AI-processing volume and the accounting rules of the relevant plan; the current balance and usage are shown in an available service interface.
Payment for AI features does not guarantee an error-free conclusion, an immediate result, or a particular hiring outcome. The AI report is assistive material, and the Customer makes the hiring decision.
Separately agreed terms
If the parties have agreed in writing on a different price, period, limits, payment procedure, or refund procedure, those terms apply only to the relevant Customer and take priority where they differ from this Offer.
A separate agreement does not in itself constitute a public promise of any feature to other users.
Suspension of access
Paid access may be suspended or restricted upon expiration of the paid period, absence of confirmed payment, a refund or payment cancellation, a payment dispute, suspected fraud, circumvention of limits, or a material violation of the Terms of Use.
During review, Brondem may temporarily restrict individual paid features or the entire account depending on the risk and circumstances.
Liability of the parties
- The parties are liable for violations of the Offer in accordance with law.
- The Contractor is not liable for delays by a bank, payment provider, or other external systems beyond its reasonable control.
- The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of payment information, lawful use of the service, and actions of invited users.
- Where permitted by law, the Contractor's liability may be limited to the amount paid for the relevant period.
Force majeure
A party is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including war, government decisions, large-scale cyberattacks, power or communications outages, and widespread failures of banking, payment, or infrastructure services.
Term and amendment of the Offer
- The Offer is effective from publication on the Brondem website until replaced by a new version or withdrawn.
- The Contractor may update the Offer, plans, terms of use, and related documents.
- The current version is published on the website. The last updated date appears at the beginning of the document.
- Continued use after publication of a new version constitutes acceptance of the changes where permitted by applicable law.
- If the Customer disagrees with the new version, the Customer must stop using the service and contact the Contractor regarding closure of access or data.
Governing law and disputes
- This Offer is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
- The parties seek to resolve disputes through negotiations and a written claims process.
- If a dispute is not resolved out of court, it is submitted to a competent court or authority at the Contractor's location unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- Rights of EU personal-data subjects, where applicable, may also be governed by the GDPR and the law of the relevant jurisdiction.
