General provisions
Brondem is a SaaS platform for initial candidate screening. An HR company creates interviews, questions, and criteria; a candidate takes an interview through the Telegram bot or Mini App; and HR reviews answers, files, the assistive report, and results.
These Terms apply to the public website, HR dashboard, Telegram bot, Mini App, exports, notifications, and other available Brondem features.
Using Brondem means accepting these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and, for paid access, the Public Offer.

Registration and account
- The user provides accurate and current data and protects their login credentials.
- An account may not be transferred to third parties. Team access is provided through the designated roles and invitations.
- The company owner is responsible for invited users, assigned roles, and timely removal of unnecessary access.
- Owner and HR roles determine available actions; the last owner cannot be removed or deprived of that role without appointing another.
- The user notifies Brondem of known or suspected unauthorized access.
For company verification, the owner may submit employer information. The result affects the displayed trust status and may affect the availability of certain related features. Brondem may refuse verification or revoke the status in case of inaccurate data, violations, or loss of grounds for trust. Internal verification criteria are not disclosed.
Using the service
The HR company configures an interview, questions, candidate profile and contacts, link sources, and other screening parameters. A candidate takes an interview through the Telegram bot or Mini App, while HR can review results, files, history, source, manual notes, comparisons, and exports within the plan.
These channels depend on Telegram. Brondem does not fully control the availability, rules, or delays of the third-party platform.
The user is responsible for the legality of materials, secure storage of downloaded data, and compliance with candidate rights after export.
Features may depend on the number of interviews, reports, files, storage volume, team members, and available export formats.
Email and Telegram notifications may be delayed or not delivered because of recipient settings or external provider operation.
Brondem is not an employer, recruitment agency, or party to an employment relationship.
Responsibility of HR / Customer
The HR user and company are independently responsible for:
- the legality of vacancies, requirements, questions, criteria, sourcing channels, and candidate notifications;
- the absence of unlawful discrimination and fraudulent, harmful, or misleading scenarios;
- a proper basis for data processing and informing candidates about Telegram, Mini App, and possible AI analysis;
- having rights to uploaded files, links, and other materials;
- protecting exported and downloaded data outside Brondem and deleting it when no longer needed;
- properly reviewing AI reports and having a human make the hiring decision;
- the actions of employees and all invited company users.
Candidate status
- The candidate takes an interview through the Telegram bot or Mini App using the HR company's link.
- The company determines which profile or contact fields are needed and when they are requested; the candidate sees these fields during the process.
- The candidate is responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted answers, files, CV, and links.
- The candidate may request access, correction, deletion, or anonymization through the HR company or at [email protected].
- The HR company or employer decides on invitations, rejections, repeat interviews, or hiring.
AI analytics
AI reports may consider candidate answers, questions, expected answers, and available completion signals.
- Scores, overview, strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations are assistive.
- A report may contain errors, bias, inaccuracies, or incomplete conclusions.
- Risk signals are not proof of fraud or a violation and require manual review.
- Brondem does not make hiring decisions. The final decision is made by a human representative of the employer or HR company.

Access may be restricted fully or partially during review. Refund terms for already activated or used digital services are set out in the Refunds section of the Public Offer and applicable law.
Changes to the Terms
- Brondem may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, service functionality, plans, security processes, payment terms, or the business model.
- The current version is published on the Brondem website. The last updated date appears at the beginning of the document.
- Continued use after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the changes where permitted by applicable law.
- If a user disagrees with the updated terms, they must stop using the service and, where necessary, contact support regarding data, export, or termination of access.
Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine unless mandatory applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
- The parties seek to resolve disputes through negotiations and a pre-trial claims process.
- Claims related to use of the service should be sent to the Contractor's legal contact: [email protected].
- If a dispute cannot be resolved out of court, it may be submitted to a competent court or authority under Ukrainian law and applicable procedural rules.
- For EU data subjects, personal-data rights may be considered under the GDPR and applicable data-protection mechanisms.
- If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
