This page is an overview Legal Center. It does not replace the full legal documents; it helps you quickly understand where to find privacy terms, service rules, and payment terms.

General information about the service

Brondem is a SaaS platform for initial candidate screening. An HR user creates an interview, adds questions and expected answers, receives an interview link, and the candidate completes the first stage through a Telegram bot. After the interview is completed, the system may generate an AI report with answer evaluation and additional analytical signals.

Brondem provides a technical platform and analytics tools. The service is not an employer, recruitment agency, legal consultant, or party to employment relations between a candidate and the company conducting the screening.

For candidates

A candidate takes an interview at the initiative of an HR company or employer. Brondem is a technical platform: a Telegram bot or Telegram Mini App interview may store a Telegram ID or username, answers, response time and duration, files, CV, contact details, and technical events. This data is shared with the HR company conducting the screening; AI may generate an assistive report, but the employer or HR company makes the final decision. Data-related questions may be sent to [email protected], and technical questions about delivery or receipt of decision notifications to [email protected]. Brondem does not explain, change, or make hiring decisions.

3

Data, IP addresses, and cookies

Brondem processes data only to the extent necessary for registration, authorization, interview creation, Telegram interviews, AI report generation, subscription payments, user support, error diagnostics, and protection of the service against abuse.

HR and company data

Name, email, company name, user role, account settings, plan, subscription status, payment history, interviews, questions, expected answers, and actions in the dashboard.

Candidate data

Telegram ID, username, answers to questions, contact details, files or CVs if the candidate provided them, and technical signs of completing an interview in the bot or Mini App.

Technical data

IP address, request date and time, user agent, device type, browser, browser language, cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, authorization events, and errors.

Payment information

Brondem may store the amount, currency, plan, period, payment status, and technical transaction identifier, but does not store full bank card data.

Cookies and local storage

Cookies, localStorage, and sessionStorage may be used for account login, session persistence, correct interface operation, abuse prevention, and error diagnostics. If a user restricts cookies in the browser, some website, payment, or HR dashboard functions may work incorrectly.

4

Role of AI analytics

Brondem AI reports help HR teams analyze candidate answers faster, compare answers with expected criteria, structure initial screening, and notice risk signals. A report may include an overall rating, a brief AI overview, strengths and weaknesses, a recommendation, and assistive risk signals.

AI does not make hiring decisions

Invite, consider, or reject recommendations are assistive signals. They are not legal conclusions, proof of misconduct, or automatic decisions about hiring, rejection, or employment.

Risk signals are not proof of fraud or misconduct. They only indicate a possible need for additional manual review.

5

Payments, plans, and limits

Brondem may provide free and paid access to service features. Public plans may include Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency. Enterprise is a unique plan and may include custom limits or special terms.

6

Storage and external providers

Brondem's main data storage is performed on server infrastructure specified in the Privacy Policy. Company data is logically separated inside the service so that users of one company cannot access the data of another company.

7

When a user or interview may be blocked

Brondem may temporarily restrict access, suspend an account, block a company, hide an individual interview, or disable certain features if there are signs of violating the law, service terms, security rules, third-party rights, or the normal operation of the platform.

User, account, or company

  1. Unauthorized security testing. Scanning, password guessing, DDoS, attempts to bypass API, Telegram bot, frontend, or backend protections without written permission.
  2. Attempted access to third-party data. Access or attempted access to other accounts, companies, interviews, candidates, reports, payments, or service data.
  3. Bypassing plan restrictions. Using bugs, automation, artificial account splitting, or other schemes to bypass limits for interviews, candidates, AI reports, files, API, or exports.
  4. Spam and artificial load. Mass fake registrations, bot activity, abuse of interview links, overload of the Telegram bot, or deliberate creation of service instability.
  5. Payment abuse. Use of someone else's payment data, fraudulent transactions, attempts to obtain paid access without payment, or disputed payments with signs of abuse.
  6. Malicious materials. Uploading malicious files, phishing links, scripts, exploits, or materials capable of disrupting Brondem, Telegram, candidates, or third-party services.
  7. Illegal content or data. Transmitting materials to the service that violate the law, third-party rights, trade secrets, confidentiality obligations, or personal data processing rules.
  8. Threats and pressure. Insults, threats, impersonation, pressure on support, or abuse of communication channels.

Vacancy, interview, or questions

  1. Fraudulent or fictitious vacancy. Signs of a pyramid scheme, deception of candidates, illegal activity, fake hiring, or hidden data collection.
  2. Illegal or discriminatory requirements. Description, questions, or selection criteria violate candidate rights or include discriminatory requirements without a lawful basis.
  3. Excessive collection of sensitive data. Requesting passport data, banking details, health information, religion, political views, or other sensitive data without a clear legal purpose.
  4. Collection of third-party confidential data. Asking candidates to disclose trade secrets, internal employer documents, passwords, confidential materials, or third-party data.
  5. Phishing and dangerous links. Questions, links, or attachments lead to phishing, malicious files, third-party payments, suspicious forms, or resources unrelated to candidate screening.
  6. Bypassing limits or testing the service. The interview is used for spam, artificial load, mass irrelevant interviews, or testing technical restrictions without permission.
  7. Misleading candidates. Hidden fees, false work format, non-existent company, substituted role, intentionally incorrect requirements or conditions.
  8. Prohibited materials. Threats, humiliation, illegal instructions, prohibited goods or services, or content incompatible with the purpose of an HR service.
The measure depends on the risk

If the violation can be corrected without risk to the system, Brondem may request interview correction, remove specific materials, or temporarily restrict a feature. In severe, repeated, or dangerous violations, access may be restricted without prior notice.

8

Prohibition of unauthorized security testing

Any attempts to test the security of the system, API, Telegram bot, or web interface without prior written permission from the Contractor are considered a violation of the service terms and may result in immediate blocking of the account, interview, or company without prior notice.

Such actions may show signs of unauthorized interference with information systems and, depending on the circumstances, may become grounds for contacting competent authorities.
